Ingredients: 1 tortilla 1 cup mixed chopped peppers 1 cup chopped mushroom 1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp butter Salt, pepper to taste 2 tbsp cheese spread 1/2 cup shredded cheese Salsa to serve Method 1. In a pan, add 1 tbsp butter and add chopped garlic 2. Once the garlic is fragrant, add chopped mushrooms and let it cook till the mushrooms reduce and water released by them had evaporated 3. Add chopped peppers to the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes 4. Add salt and pepper to the mixture and set aside to cool 5. Heat a skillet and add some butter to it. 6. Place a tortilla on the butter and let it cook a little 7. Turn the tortilla and smear it liberally with cheese spread 8. Now add the pepper and mushroom mixture on half the tortilla 9. Top the vegetable mixture with shredded cheese 10. Fold the tortilla in half and cook both sides in butter till crisp 11.
